Hi There!

I’m Hannah, the sole creator, designer, and writer of Vitality Health and Wellness. I am currently a part-time Les Mills BODYATTACK instructor and full-time college student majoring in advertising and minoring in psychology. 


Throughout my upbringing, I have been given the privilege to work with many non-profit organizations, through which I have met a multitude of inspiring individuals with unique back stories. The relationships that I have established through service work have ignited my passion for taking the initiative to help others, either by providing emotional support through conversation or by donating my time and efforts to raise funds for charitable causes, both of which have become the foundation that has framed the person I aspire to become through my words and actions.

I feel the greatest fulfillment when I am making an instrumental difference in the lives of those in need, and I aim to influence others around me to do the same. My personal experiences in outreach have been the driving force as I use my continued education in the fields of marketing and psychology to contribute to a positive transformation within the health, wellness, and fitness realms by uniting the interconnected worlds.


The creation of Vitality has allowed me to combine my two greatest passions, health and serving, to build a community of support with reliable health resources beneficial for all of my readers.

Vitality Health and Wellness was created to inform and encourage others as they go through their personal journey. From mind to body, Vitality focuses on various aspects of self-discovery and bettering your unique lifestyle. Vitality includes blogs, interviews from health and fitness experts, product recommendations, and reliable resources to further explore the many factors that influence mind and body renewal and recovery.

Vitality blogs are written from the perspective of someone who has experienced both the physical and mental setbacks discussed in each post. The suggestions included within each blog post have been selected from years of searching, through trial and error, for the most rewarding lifestyle habits. Blog posts include a range of natural remedies and healthy habits to incorporate into your everyday routine to enhance your lifestyle and boost your overall mood. They also cover stretches and exercises to change up your current fitness or speed up muscle recovery.

Vitality interviews feature experienced individuals, whose love for health and fitness has motivated them to devote much of their life to helping others feel and think their best.

Vitality’s resources are all online-accessible and have been recommended by both athletes and health professionals, some of which have even been interviewed for Vitality.
